（1） The thermal insulation warehouse body is a double-sided stainless steel rigid polyurethane board produced by Aowei Company. It consists of a side warehouse board, a bottom warehouse board and a top warehouse board. The side warehouse board, the bottom warehouse board and the top warehouse board are 150mm thick. The foam density and bulk density are ≥42kg/m³.
保温库体为奥威公司生产的双面不锈钢硬质聚氨酯板，由侧库板、底库板、顶库板组成，侧库板、底库板、顶库板为120mm厚，发泡密度容重为≥42kg/m³。
（2） The thermal insulation warehouse body is suspended on the ground of the processing workshop by an integral stainless steel frame, and the frame is supported by a stainless steel adjustment base, which can be flexibly adjusted up and down according to the actual situation of the workshop.
保温库体被整体不锈钢框架架空在加工车间地面上，框架用不锈钢调整底座支撑，可根据车间的实际情况上下灵活调整。

（3） A special hook-pin box is used to connect the library boards with strong locking force. The concave-convex gap between the library boards is sealed with a canned one-component self-spraying foaming agent, and the outer board seams are supplemented with environmentally friendly silicone sealants. In order to block the exchange of cold and hot gas inside and outside the cold storage.
库板之间采用特制钩销盒连接，锁紧力强，库板之间凹凸间隙采用罐装单组份自喷发泡剂密封，外板缝辅以环保型硅酮密封胶密封，以阻隔冷库内外的冷热气体交换。
（4） The side warehouse board is equipped with the corresponding maintenance warehouse door, and the size of the quick-freezing chamber door opening is 600mm*1500mm. The thickness of the door body is 120mm, and it is made of double-sided stainless steel. The door frame has built-in silicone resistant to low temperature electric heating.
侧库板配置相应的检修库门，速冻腔门洞尺寸为600mm*1500mm。门体厚度120mm，采用双面不锈钢制成。门框内置硅胶耐低温电加热。
（5） The warehouse door adopts stainless steel precision casting hinges and German brand safety locks, which are sturdy and durable.
库门采用不锈钢精铸铰链及德国品牌安全锁，坚固耐用。
（6） The inlet and outlet ends of the thermal insulation storehouse are provided with independent compartments, which can isolate the internal and external air from collusion and avoid energy loss.
保温库体出入料端带有独立的隔间腔体，隔绝内外空气串通，避免能耗损失。
（7） The frame and panel of the contact crust belt are made of SUS 304 stainless steel and are assembled by integrated modularization. The conveyor belt supports are made of HDPE material, which can withstand high friction and wear when in contact with the conveyor belt surface.
输送带框架及面板为SUS 304不锈钢材质制作，采用集成模块化拼装。输送带支撑采用HDPE材料制作，在与输送带表面接触时可承受高摩擦和磨损。

速冻机配置介绍（控制系统）
（1）The control system covers a variety of electrical links, such as RS485, Ethernet, etc.; a variety of communication protocols, such as industrial Ethernet, RS485, MPI, S7 communication, MODBUS TCP, etc.
控制系统涵盖多种电气链路，如RS485、以太网等；多样性的通讯协议，如工业以太网、RS485、MPI、S7通讯、MODBUS TCP等。
（2）Controller: Adopt Siemens S7-1200 series PLC, CPU1214 AC/DC/RLY; 100KB working memory, optional memory card can realize the flexible transplant of the program. The man-machine interface adopts Siemens Leisure series TP700, simple operation screen + perfect fault warning system + data archive backup + real-time temperature curve monitoring = perfect man-machine interaction. Independent device temperature display instrument, provided by OMRON.
控制器：采用西门子S7-1200系列PLC，CPU1214 AC/DC/RLY；100KB工作内存，选配存储卡可实现程序的灵活移植。人机界面采用西门子精智系列TP700，简洁的操作画面+完善的故障警示系统+数据的归档备份+温度实时曲线监控=完美的人机互动。独立的设备温度显示仪表，由欧姆龙提供。
（3）Operation mode: automatic operation and manual operation; the two modes are independent but complementary to each other. When one of the modes fails, the other mode can be used entirely to avoid equipment downtime.
操作模式：自动操作与手动操作；两种模式互相独立但又互相补充。当其中一种模式出现故障时，可以完全采用另一模式操作，避免设备停机。
（4）According to different products, users can set a number of different formula speeds by themselves, which is convenient to operate.
用户可根据产品的不同，可以自行设置多个不同的配方转速，操作便捷。
