2. The machine is divided in two fully separated zones suited for independent cooking conditions in both zones. The unique two-zone concept ensures optimum cooking flexibility for your product.
3. The principle is based on horizontal airflow equally divided over the tiers. A sophisticated air circulation system with air guiding plates optimises the heat distribution to the product.
4. The machine is standard equipped with a dew point control system to optimise your product yield and product characteristics.
5. The cooking temperatures can be adjusted to a maximum of 200°C/ 392°F and air circulation speed can be adjusted to create short cooking times and optimum cooking and grilling performance.
6. The extreme long spiral cooking belt length ensures optimum product safety at very high production capacity.
7. Automatic cooking process control is achieved by means of a control system with touch panel interface, which also store all cooking parameters to control the recipe.
