Fluidized tunnel quick freezer use different way according to the different frozen products:one stage, two stage type. One stage fluidized tunnel freezer, the food in the freezing process is always in a mesh belt with the fluidized motion, therefore it is suitable to freeze for fragile food; two stage fluidized tunnel freezer, the food in the freezing process is divided into two stages, the first section is freezing the surface fast, under the pulse vibration device, food particles is not adhesive together, second section is freezing food deeply and quickly to finish the freezing job.
